netVigilance SecureScout gets CVE compatible stamp.

Compatibility Certification handed out at InfoSec World Conference and Exposition.

ORLANDO, Florida -- April 5, 2005- netVigilance Inc. an authorized distributor of SecureScout., a leading supplier of advanced Network Vulnerability Assessment and Management software for corporations announced today complete CVE compatibility for the entire SecureScout line of Vulnerability Assessment scanners.

The CVE labs has finished evaluating the mapping accuracy of SecureScout and awarded full CVE compatibility. "CVE-compatible" means that a product or service uses CVE names in a way that allows it to cross-link with other repositories that also use CVE names, as documented in the CVE compatibility requirements.
